Spokane 10K Course

Our 10K is great for runners of all abilities.  The 10K course follows the beautiful Spokane River.  Enjoy the vibrant fall foliage as you travel on the north and south side of the Spokane River along the Centennial Trail.  Your journey will take you across the Don Kardong bridge, through the Gonzaga University campus, and into the heart of the urban Kendall Yards.  ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE!

The Spokane 10K is now a second seed qualifier for Bloomsday!  For additional information about second seed and to view qualifying times please visit Bloomsday Second Seeding.

Local and Out-of-town participants may pick-up their race packet:

Race Day Packet Pickup:

This is intended for our out-of-town participants. If you live in the area, please make every effort to pick up on Sat.  You may also have friends pick up your packet for you.

  • Date: Sunday, October 13, 2019
  • Time: 6:00 am - 9:00 am
  • Location: Packet pickup table will be located at race start line.

 

Average Weather Conditions

Plan for cool, crisp temperatures at the start line - around 36 Degrees. Please check the race day weather forecast and plan to dress accordingly.

  • High average for October 59 Degrees
  • Low average for October 36 Degrees

Water Stations

  • Water will be available approximately every two miles.
  • Gatorade will be available at the four mile aid station.

Awards

  • Awards Ceremony will be at 9:30 am.
  • Plaques will be given to the top male and female open and the top master male and female.
  • The top three in each age group will receive ribbons in each race
  • Age Groups: < 19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 +
  • All 10k finishers will receive a custom medal
